I applied to GHS based on an employee recommendation. I recieved a call from HR within 1 week after submitting my application. Scheduled 4 back-to-back interviews over the course of a few hours with a variety of staff over a skype-like interface.

2. 3 Hour Writing Assessment
3. 1st Round Interview was broken up into 3 individual video interviews in place of one panel interview
4. 1 Hour Analytical Exercise in advance of 2nd Interview Round interview
5. 2nd Round Interview was broken up into 2 individual video interviews in place of one panel interview
After being ghosted for three weeks following my final interview, I received official word about the outcome of my application only after I requested an update.
