The interview process was pretty easy. The first interview was about my qualifications and interest in the position. The next interview was more about how I would handle certain situations with the students (student conflict, weather, logistical mishaps, etc). The final-round interview was with the U.S.-based director of the program they wanted to place me in. It was more of a vibe check to see if I would fit with the team.
