Typical process. Call, interview, second interview via Skype with "team" offshore, third interview (that was actually a get on the phone and make calls) type of interview. Delay of offer being submitted. Then being offered a 'commission only' sales role when job posting clearly stated base+ coms.
Felt that ownership was dishonest in positioning the company and role in general.
Would not recommend unless a last resort. Sad because they have a unique sales target but no real differentiation other than that.

Very tough and thorough. Looks like they are trying to flush out folks who are not hard working or cannot be good team players. 3 rounds. Initial is phone screen with a recruiter. Next is a video interview followed by a face to face. Do not go with the cold calling mentality as warm leads are given. Think how you sell consultative sales.

I was recruited Via LinkedIn buy a nice lady who then sit me up with the telephone interview with the owner who interview skills where subpar very easy to get over. He then set me up with another interview the follow day or so that was to be done on a web chat with the India team over in Dehradun, India that is where the research team and other managers live in reside. You are totally caught offguard because you don't expect a room of 50 people asking you questions all at once which is hard to understand because of their accent but that's part of the interview. They want you to do a power presentation as if you were to sell them something they want to see how you presentation skills are. They ask you questions about your product as if you were selling them something and they want to see how you engage and handle objections. Then the owner will call you back and offer you a position.
