I am writing this with a continued bad experience for being shortlisted for fresher role after more than 9 years of experience. My junior got into globaldata with 4 years of experience in market research as manager, but i keep getting calls for entry level position. Senior Research Analyst is equivalent to team lead in many tier 2 market research companies but here it is different. The interviewer is hardly bothered to see the resume properly and just keeps calling repeatedly. Before interviewing the HRs should stick a hierarchy chart in their office and call. I am so fed up that my naukri resume line is only not ready to work to negotiate in terms of salary and position.
Emailed by someone in HR about a position and to organise an Interview with a team. Interview was organised and had a conversation with two panel members.
Received 0 communication even after reaching out. I would avoid this company as to not even communicate anything after getting your interview shows a lack of human empathy and does not see employees as more than a number
