Had the worst experience as a Recruitment professional. I was called for a F2F interview by a manager & was interviewed by a Recruiter. This interwiewer was considering me as his competititor since we both had same experience. He just asked me 1 stupid question & started conversing in the local language which is so unethical. He had the worst communication skills & still wonder how he is part of the Talent Acquisition team. He told me to leave for the day & told that I would get rejected if I meet the VP & that he would get back to me. Nobody was even bothered to get back to me.

I got a call from one of the senior person of the team, he didn't confirm my salary expectation in the initial phase of screening neither he told me about the budget of the role, I attended the interviews and had undergone three rounds which took my full day, cleared the process but in the final round they offered me 5 Percent hike on my current which was highly dissapointing at the end of rigorous interviews.
More to add..In one of the rounds there were two panels and they gave me a problem to solve while I was solving it they both were whispering to each other and were laughing and mocking on one of my Kra which was came as a shock to me. All of the recruitment team was very rude and egoistic, after sharing the minimal hike they didn't even bother to follow up or address any query not even replied on emails. Very bad experience will never apply again.
