Entretien
It was Dec-2009
1. Initial contact on email
2. HR folk called up - tried to take interview for a project about which he didn't know anything - read and re-read few lines
3. Next was so called technical round - very less technical. All I was assessed was to know if I have ever worked on that programming language
4. Managerial round - that one was good, satisfying - looked like that they were serious about hiring.

It was good, had 4-5 round to grab the position including client round. Overall it was related to application packaging hence quiet comfortable. First two round were technical and then HR round followed by client rounds.

Very long, 7 rounds, they asked me to take a BA certification on the fly within a day. It was a critical role and the project was on fire. The interview process made me feel not to join the company. It's rather callus but I am glad I did join the company. It's worth it. The interview made me suffer as they want to make sure that I am the right guy. It was justified. But still seemed long, unplanned and odd.
