Better response from the management, as they are supportive. Good experience in the interview with the people from technical background. I think a good environment to work with Global Logic.

This was followed by a technical round focused on Java concepts, OOP principles, and basic problem-solving. There was also a coding round where I solved questions on data structures. Finally, a managerial round assessed communication, teamwork, and project experience. The overall process was smooth and professional.
