I applied online, they contacted me by email to book a call with someone from HR. I waited for the guy for 20 minutes. He showed up and asked me if I had time, I said yes, assuming he will take 30 mins to do the interview. No. He took the 10 mins left. Of course, it was awful, question after question like a robot, not even showing any interest in what I was saying. I got an email 2 days after saying I didn't make it to the next round. Such a bad experience, I felt so uncomfortable and not valued as a candidate. I don't see how in 10 minutes you can evaluate a person. This person is not doing his job correctly, and he has a senior position in the company. Sad.

Entretien
First the process was started by the HR department , it was very clear and direct to the point, objectif. Then was transferred to the department responsible in sales , the questions were very tricky and unclear. Bad way of asking and more of that, I felt that it was more for someone who already works in there , you need experience in this domain to get the job and be appreciated. Was more subjective and sexist..

Entretien
They emailed me for an interview and I replied immediately without receiving answer for five days. Finally we run the first interview with 30 minutes of delay, and it was a noisy short call in which I had barely the time to reply the questions.
I had the second interview after a week, but the interviewer scheduled another call for the same time, hanging up the phone during the interview and calling me back after 10 minutes to explaining me what the next steps will be.
After few days they told me they will proceed with other candidates.
No technical questions (eg. sales process), very unpolite.
