J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Glowforge (Seattle, WA) en janv. 2017
Entretien
The interview was basically a joke and a waste of time.
It was a basic Python programming question. I nailed it like a gymnast in the Olympics...then got an email the next day saying I was rejected. Afterwards I checked my solution and it was the optimal time and complexity. What's the point of a programming interview if an applicant still gets rejected after getting the answer right?
I felt the interview was a stunt. Like they just interviewed me to increase the number of people they interviewed to seem more selective when their boss asked. The company gave me a weird and pretentious vibe (e.g. interviewer said he enjoyed "changing the world" with a laser engraver.) The interviewer seemed entitled and super pretentious. Again, the interview process was a waste of time and a joke.
