Zoom call via internet and webcam, very easy going and professional , asked a variety of things and told me at the end wether I had passed. No messing about straight forward and easy

Initial face-to-face interview followed by assessment day, which featured highway code, customer focus and maths tests, and also a driving assessment. By the end of the assessment day you know whether or not you're hired (subject to background checks/references)
