Technology is Java & Location is Chennai. On a genuine standpoint. There were 3 rounds of interview altogether. Two technical and one round with the VP. First level, included some logical problem solving techniques using Java API's. And more inclined over Core Java, Servlet, Web Services and Frameworks related skillsets. Much decent and punctual driven. Second level, Was in depth of technology, especially on What, Why and how with respect to the technologies you have worked. You should definitely have certain insights on the trends in the market that can really make you correlate and present the best solutions. And of course, your work and what you capitalize matters too. Third level, it was more like as usual conversation with the company VP. It was more on What made you to try for new job, why you are choosing this company and how much you see yourself working here. It also involved little of technical on a high level. A bird's eye view based. Overall, much organized and within time. Worth the effort. Looking forward for working in a dynamic environment and keep awaiting for my review at the workplace.
