One word-Pathetic It seems they are only using candidates as a source for their marketing. They waste your time by connecting to leaders before selection and they will talk all "Good" things about the company and post that they call you to Gurgaon office for another marketing strategy and after wasting the candidate's time & money they will not get back.

They don't ask questions. You will be in listening mode most of the time as they are interested to tell more about the company.
applied > online aptitude test > excel assignment > invited to their office > interview with PM > Product assignment > waited for a month> another interview with PM> supposed to be interviewed by cofounder within two weeks> HR & hiring manager asked to wait for one more week> No communication on application post this
