      Mid March-Interviewed by Co-founder through WhatsApp. He was on about to board a flight so very poor connection. Couldn't understand much of what he said. No words for a month. In April they contacted me again for some test which seem to never end. List of test: 1: Excel(2.5 hrs) 2: 1 hr. basic aptitude and English test. Went blank for another week. (HR sleeps here but somehow promotes hustle culture, I hope they do some work apart from hustling).Contacted only to ask me to resubmit the assignment again. 3: One day out of blue received a call from them asking them to join them in office for some test (yes they still had some more left) and a final interview with the CEO. 4: Went to the office. HR team came late as expected. The first test was the same as the previous test I did online(HR didn't get the time) followed by a test with some random assembly line question(it doesn't end here). Another psychometric and language test. From 10 to 4 they wasted my time with their barrage of tests. After that finally the celebrity CEO showed up at 6:30 only to ask me to wait and do one more test. I left the office as I had train to catch. The HR told me to do a virtual round of interview. The next day HR asked me the time to send the the next test which of course the hustling HR count send on time. Next week one morning I received an email for the test. I was out . Sent the test with the answers the next day. Its been more than two weeks and having contacted them multiple times, I haven't received a response from them. Worst interview design of all time goes to BOULT. Message to Co-founder; Get a new HR team and get rid f those worthless HR craps who are diminishing the good work done by the brand .
