The process was fast and efficient at first then got cold. You start with phone screen with a recruiter, call with design lead, and then design challenge, if they like you they will bring you in for onsite. And then after onsite at least 2 weeks of waiting or so of vague answers if you get it or not. Then they will change the role last minute to contract or part time. Heard the same stories from other friends that applied, so I think they are just an indecisive group.
