I was referred for the post. They conduct a total of 3 technical rounds. 1. General Javascript, Node.js, and DSA round. Pretty easy to crack if you have got your basics cleared. 2. The second round was system design. I was asked to design a high-performance notification service and the interviewer was mostly interested in seeing the database schema. Went pretty well I believe. 3. The third round was the general managerial and system design round with the EM. My interviewer was very knowledgeable. Not sure how the last round went as HR never contacted me again. I did follow up multiple times and I got ghosted. Can't believe a company like this has such terrible HR management.
