Applied online and did a phone interview. Interview was easy, and was told the process going forward was speaking with departmental team and would expect to hear back on a certain day. That day came and I heard nothing back from the company. I can respect if I didn't have the qualifications for the role or if there was a candidate that was better suited for the role I applied for, but as a company, it is common courtesy to, at the very least, touch base with prospective applicants who had a genuine interest in the company and let them know that you will not be moving forward in the hiring process. This lack of courtesy tells me about GoSite's true nature as a company and their lack of values. For a 'growing' company, this is not a very good look. I definitely dodged a bullet! Here's a tip: start putting back the 'human' in Human Resources.
