The hiring process was very straightforward. It involved an open discussion with several other potential candidates about your experience and interest in tutoring. It seemed to focus on general presentation, availability and access to the appropriate materials such as stable internet connection, laptop etc.

Easy going, only had group interview with 1 question asked towards me. Everyone was friendly. Questions ranged greatly but more behavioural like how would you teach someone who doesnt want to learn

Il colloquio si è svolto online, insieme ad altri candidati. Ci siamo presentati a turno, chi si candidava per insegnare lingue straniere si è presentato nelle lingue scelte. Infine è stata posta a ognuno una domanda motivazionale.
