You should have looked at the interview reviews here on Glassdoor. I recently applied to LogMeIn and this has been my experience. Before you schedule an interview and speak with the team and hiring manager, they will send you a technical assessment. They say it should take 4 hours, but the reality is that it will take you at least 8 hours to fill it out (you also have 48 hours to send it). After that, they will spend as much time as they want to view it (it took me 2 weeks). The interview process is a three-hour interview with questions in a row. Some interviewers were friendly, others very arrogant. I do not recommend contacting LogMeIn if you value your time.
