The Interview was 3 Rounds.
- HR Round: General Questions about work experience, motivation, hard skills and legalities.
- Second Round: German Team - Based on past work experiences, software skills, time management.
- Third Round: Mexico/US Team - More about Sales related knowledge, decision making questions.
Overall, was a very structured interview. The questions were well thought and Anna from HR was quite supportive in giving information and keeping me updated about the process which made the application process very reliable.
