The Gong interview process was one of the most thorough interview processes I have experienced. They included a mock sales call, interviews with multiple leaders and a reference check. Overall it was challenging but I learned a lot through the process. The team communicates very well and the emphasis on culture is impressive. Overall interviewing with Gong was an incredible experience and one that will shape me for the future.
