Process started with a phone interview with Human resources. Within a a week, set up a 30-minute in-person interview.
Upon arrival, I was given a brief tour by an HR representative and got a glimpse of the company culture. It seemed kind of like a startup with lots of people working publicly in groups, and I saw what appeared to be a walking meeting on an in-building walkway that doubles as a track of sort. Cool culture. The meeting opened with a prayer, which is standard.
That was followed by a 60-minute 2-1 interview with the department director and my direct supervisor. Interview was casual, and questions were standard procedure for an interview for a mid-level position.
