Disorganized company; did a phone interview with the hiring manager, was told a few days later I was to be scheduled for an on-site. HR manager passed me to another HR person who scheduled me 10 days in advance. A winter storm came, the interview was postponed for a week. The scheduler never got back to me, so I called the HR manager who said it would be "worked out." Next day, got the Dear John letter from HR. They simply are growing too fast and don't have enough handle on the recruitment process. I cannot speak to what it is like to work there, but there are too many people involved in the hiring process.
