Was a simple process. Manager got a feel for who I am as a person and “soft checked” my knowledge of exercise and fitness. Additionally chatted to me to see how I interact when meeting new people.

A very simple interview process with manager - questions were mainly background questions about your skills and experience.
I commenced a personal training course and then received my offer through completion of the course.
