Goodwill definitely takes their time in EVERYTHING. From hiring, to firing. There is always a hoop to jump through, a checklist to follow, a way to do things. There is no quick thinking, winging it, just going with the flow. Very precise, logical, process oriented company.

Entretien
The interview was performed by my manager and general manager, as this was a promotion for me. Overall, pain-free and simple. The questions were direct and I was comfortable giving honest answers.
