Turned in an application, Was called to come if for an interview with the store manager. The interview consisted of the manager telling me what the job duties were. She briefly reviewed my resume and asked me some very basic typical interview questions related to my job experience. The entire interview lasted about fifteen minutes. I was offered the job at the conclusion of the interview.

The interviewing manager forgot our meeting and went to lunch. I had to wait for over 20 minutes for her to return. When she did return she told me that she forgot about it and thought it was earlier but just decided to go to lunch. She was very disorganized and kind of all over. I don't recommend working here. If the manager can't remember a scheduled interview how can she run an entire store.

It was fairly easy. It was a standard interview. I interviewed with 3 people and also took a test. The questions were not hard to answer. I was able to use the position as a stepping stone to becoming a Store manager.

First phone interview and then if you pass that you get an in person in store interview with the store manager If any of you was easy they just asked if you had a driver's license if you knew that this job entailed getting your hands dirty etc
