Due to COVID-19, we had an interview over zoom. The supervisor was incredibly friendly and would be the best kind of supervisor to have. When asked what you are looking for in a supervisor, I answered, "Support." When you are understanding and supportive of your workers, they will be loyal to you. He responded, "That's the kind of supervisor I am."

Got called one month after submitting resume. Came in for an interview with the coordinator, then got called for a second interview with the regional manager two days later.
