The process was divided into 2 parts - First, basic written question answers and assignment round Second, There were 3 sets of interviews held: 1) HR round 2) Technical round with team heads and 3) Culture round with HR and ORM directors. In the first part, there was an assignment round where links to certain reviews were given to which I had to give my responses then there were a few field related questions to answer and lastly proofreading a document. Second Part: Interviews In the HR round, I was asked a mixture of basic profile-based questions, basic grammar questions and personality questions. The second technical round was about the profile and some technical questions. The last culture round was a fun round with HR and ORM directors for an in-depth assessment of one's values and thought process. It was pretty detailed and was almost like a very good conversation happening. Throughout the process, there was a prompt response from the HR who made sure the process is smooth and kept me posted about every round. My interview experience was great. I really felt that the interview process was properly designed with no miscommunication or time wastage and everyone's quite approachable.
