The interview process took me more than 3 months, submitted my application through their career page. At first, Interviewed by one of the design lead, completed and present the design challenge and did another couple interviews with other team members. But, end up to talked with another design lead after I negotiated the offer from the talent acquisition guy, and it seems like the decision taken by the last guy who’s interviewed me without any context. After I’ve got the offering letter from the talent acquisition guy, no news for a couple week and did follow up just to received a rejection email letter. Strange process! Unprofessional and no coordination between the talent acquisition, team coordinator and the team itself.
