One productive day wasted. They are slow. Like really slow but that is just in Bangalore office. It took them 3 weeks to send me an automated rejection mail. That shallow. Not even a rejection mail from HR. I'm sure their hiring process must be much better in other countries but definitely not in India because we Indians can ruin everything now matter how reputed it is just like Grab. Irrelevant questions relating to the role of a Devops engineer and not a software engineer. Like internals of mongodb or rabbitmq. I was hoping that at least a manager asks questions on Design Patterns or system architecture or something related to what to be doing on the job. I couldn't answer these. Neither can I answer these questions if asked in future because testing someone on the knowledge of frameworks and libraries gives a very shallow understanding of their knowledge. It's a pity that I was expecting much more from Grab. The manager was well behaved but he himself seemed unsure of what to ask or how to evaluate.
