I met with coordinator in-person, on-site and we discussed my experience in the service industry. We talked about my availabitlity, if I was comfortable using their online scheduling tool, and discussed how to get my safe handler's certificate requirement.

They listen to me with understanding and actually feel they care about me. Very nice lady maybe in the long run to build connection with the company if goes good
