This was my first internship experience and the interview process was great. They gave me thorough and transparent information right away and allowed plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions. They also had different departments interview me to see where I would best fit for this internship opportunity.

Met with Graco at a job fair. Had a great conversation with the lead engineer about my goals and what I was looking for. He said he would write down to get me in for an interview. After a few weeks I received a call from a recruiter setting up a time for me to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of two separate interviews lasting about a half hour each with a manager and an engineer from two different cells. I also received a tour of the facility. I received a phone call by the end of the day from the recruiter offering me the position.
