I was referred by a previous colleague. I had a casual initial call (because of the referral), then an official virtual interview, and follow-up phone call when I accepted the position.

Entretien
It was more of a discussion than just a Q & A session which was really nice and helped reduce the stress of the interview. Questions focused on behavioural questions with more questions related to previous experience and jobs.

Telephone interview with HR, telephone interview with manager, then an in person interview at the Graham office with the manager, and others I would be working with.
