First interview was with HR. Then, sometimes same day, second interview with Production Manager and a plant tour. The drug and lift test is a few days later. If you pass you're hired.

At first management is asking questions making you nervous then a hourly person comes and talks to you and walks you around. You feel comfortable and like you want to be part of the team.
