I met the hiring manager for 45 minutes, we got to know each other, it was basically a conversation. Then, I had two more group panel of 45 minutes each with STAR questions. After that I had a 45 minute presentation since the position require to be able to deliver learning materials to my peers. It was an outstanding experience that I'll never forget. It was very pleasant, I enjoyed all the way. I was relaxed, confident, I charmed them with my STOries.
