Stand STAR method questions. Why do you want to work at Grainger. Tell me a time, etc. 30 minutes Teams meeting. Then a additional Teams meeting. And a final meeting with the hiring manager, also online. All used the STAR method. Nothing crazy. Decided I didn't want to commute 3 days a week to Lake Forest.

Process took a while. Had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then a zoom meeting with an Executive Assistant , and a final Teams meeting with 2 directors.
Each meeting they used the STAR method. Asked why I want to work at Grainger, tell me about a time you failed, what's your greatest success. Things like that
