First of all I was interviewed by a consultant. Then I reached the short list and had a talk with CEO and CFO, focused in business and strategy. Then I had another one with the Sales Manager and the Supply Chain Manager more focused on operational items as recruitment or training. It was an easy and friendly conversation.
