My interview process with Granicus was nothing short of unprofessional. After a very basic phone screen and a private-equity-demanded personality assessment, I was scheduled a first round interview two weeks later. By this point I already had job offers at a higher compensation level (inevitably-- pay is well below market). I disclosed this to the hiring manager who promptly pushed me out of the interview in frustration, in lieu of asking for feedback regarding the job posting or job market for the role. The hiring manager's behavior clearly communicated that I made the right decision avoiding this organization and I recommend you do the same.
