I was interviewed by Product Owner lead and then by the outgoing product owner. They seemed to be keen on the knowledge of scrum process more than the skillet of the candidate. Also they weren't on the same page as far as my candidature was concerned. Later the outgoing PO asked me a question which is a BA skill. I got caught off guard...and stumbled slightly. They rejected my candidature

It was my 3rd position interviewing at this company. First two went great but ultimately went with someone else. This position: HR screen and online personality assessment. One hiring manager interview and one panel interview with other product owners and product director. The hiring manager interview was more casual than I prepared so I had to adjust to the conversation to show them more of my personality and lifestyle.
