I applied online, and got an email to schedule the hr screen the day after I applied. The HR was friendly. I waited two weeks and got a rejection email.

I should of believe the reviews on glassdoor that it was going to be a nightmare but I had to see for myself. So I went through a temp agency which they give you a run down of the company from the interview process and what to expect. I was scheduled for a interview a few days after. You first meet with HR who is very nice and gives you more details of the company and position and ask you the question," tell me about yourself" which you will hear from all the interviewers you meet. You later meet someone from the department that will read off of paper instructions on how to do the placement test which involves simple math and test of how well your vocabulary knowledge is that also takes fairly 45 mins. You later meet a Team Leader who comes with a clipboard and ask you a series of personality questions with an attitude because they feel as though you are there to replace or take over their job. So the interviewer will make sure to intimidate you and make the interview hell. After shaking you down with questions you meet with the supervisor of the department who walks in with a binder and a ice coffee to drink. Not realizing you already been there for a solid hour in a half on a hot day with no water after talking for an hour or so to people who ask the same questions, the interviewer begin to shake you down with a series of questions. After the 2 hour interview process was over, if they like you enough they will pass you to a second round interview where you will meet in a conference room with 2 MORE people. You first meet with The Ice Coffer interviewer again who gives you a chance to ask any other additional questions then a higher up. The last interviewer was very relax and straight forward and very professional.
