This was the strangest interview experience I ever had. There is a morning meeting, full of cheers, chants, and a DJ where you introduce yourself to the cheering crowd of employees. The overall atmosphere was a bit cult-like, worshipping Grant and the higher ups as if they were demi-gods. That being said, it seems like there were a lot of people who enjoyed being there and there was a lot of positive energy.

This was one of the most bizarre interviews I ever had. They start all candidates with an introduction in the love-bombing morning meeting where they begin the indoctrination process, and then send everyone through the scientology-filled hallways to answer basic questions.
