Simple, two interviews over video call. They were very kind and asked standard interview questions. The response to my offer was quick, and I received a personal call to inform me of my position, which adds to my perception of a friendly/community based firm environment.

Mostly behavioral questions and they expect you to use STAR method. Pretty easy. Not much technical questions asked. Two interviewers, 30 mins each. Mine was in person but they also do online interviews.
