Got a call from the recruiter. Recruiter then scheduled an interview with the director of engineering where he proceeded with coding interview. It was my first coding interview in 6 years, so I was rusty. The manager is very transparent and honest, and told me that I won't be moving forward. The recruiter followed up later and said the same. I appreciate them having the courage to give "bad" news rather than disappearing.
