I was called promptly and the interview was quite easy. It's more to make sure that you'll be good for the work environment. The real test is when you get out in the field, as that's the make or break moment. You'll get paid for your time when you do it.
The interview did not last for a long time. However, I did have to wait 30 minutes to be interviewed. Questions were relatively easy and the job was offered right after the interview.

They interviewed me. It was just a conversation. There was discussion of what the job would entail and my reasons for being interested, they said they would call, and later they gave me an offer over the phone and had me come in to sign papers.
