The interview process started with a headhunter outreach and screening call, followed by a challenging case study, an interview with the Head of Account Management focusing on skills and experience, and a final interview with the COO discussing experience, character, and working style.

Entretien
The process was a four-step process over ~3–4 weeks and was very smooth.
1. HR Round: Questions on my previous experience, projects, and client/stakeholder management.
2. Technical Assessment: GMAT style questions
3. Ghost Project (Case Study): Intensive week-long assignment simulating real-world challenges
4. Final Interviews: I had 2 round of interviews:
Account Manager: Discussed my background, motivation to join Gratia, and past projects.
COO: Asked some behavioural and situational questions.
The team was supportive and friendly throughout the process

The interview process was very smooth and engaging. It involved an initial screening with the HR, an initial capability assessment (virtual), a Project Based assessment (Ghost Project), and then 2 interviews with the top leadership of Gratia
