Entretien
It was a 3 step process. Phone interview by HR, then if you did well on phone interview you get invited to take a skills test. Basic math, word problems, and reading comprehension type stuff. Then if you pass the skills test you get invited for a face to face interview. I applied for the position in April but did not get first interview until October, received job offer in December.

Entretien
A phone screen and interview. Nothing terribly difficult, they'll ask basic questions about experience and some difficult things you've had to do. They look for people who question things, but be wary that you'll need to differentiate between what you can question. If you're too enterprising or a curious personality, then this would not be a good place for you too work.
