I applied online. The first interview was a 30-minute panel interview with three interviewers. They asked four main questions, starting with my motivation for applying to the internship, followed by 2–3 follow-up questions based on my answers. The panel was friendly, but I would recommend preparing thoroughly, as they tend to focus closely on your CV.
