Initial Screen by HR, modeling test, interview with Research team members, Superday with more team members (all were conducted virtually at the time).
It was time intensive but a great opportunity to meet with team members.

Skype interview meeting with 4 employees. They were very organized and listed out who I was going to meet with and for how long. Almost all of the questions were technical. Be prepared for that. Know your financial statements, stocks, etc.
