First stage is application submission. Once accepted I was invited to a first stage interview with an Associate and a Senior Paralegal. Then a second stage interview with a Partner and a HR representative.

In my interview experience, I spoke with very welcoming attorneys who made the process go by quickly and the HR department was very transparent about the hiring and interview processes.

It was very simple. I was hired immediately due to the fact that they were short staffed. The HR manager and the admin interviewed me. I have a brief moment in speaking with the attorneys.
