Part of OCI - a partner and current associate did the initial interview, and then a second round with several short calls with both partners and associates. Overall very normal interview experience, and everyone was incredibly kind and intentional with interview questions and responses.

In the screener, there were 3 rounds of 30 minute interviews. The interviewers were all shareholders in the same office and practice group that I applied to. They asked pretty standard interview questions.
