They had the standard / typical big firm application, hiring, and interview process. A few rounds of interviews and in person lunch. Very superficial (like every other Big Law firm). Nothing bad, nothing good.

The interview process here is pretty standard for a law firm. As a general matter, you can expect to interview with multiple attorneys in the firm as well as a member of the administrative staff to elicit compensation information and other employment information.
